Olivia Clarke

President and Founder

Olivia works in public relations for a large law firm and is a former journalist. She is an active volunteer who believes in giving back to her community. She has skills in communications, writing, community building and fundraising. She is also a cancer survivor and currently has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.

Sabrina Sargon

Treasurer

Sabrina is founder of Essa Dora Salon & Spa in Chicago and is a master stylist and leader in the beauty community. She is also active in the small business community, an active volunteer and manages a team of 15.

Laura Knisley
Secretary

Laura is currently the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Evolve Giving Group and has a substantial history of working in the nonprofit sector, both as her "day job" and through board volunteer work. She loves the opportunity to act as a resource to small-to-medium-sized, mission-based organizations in the areas of operations, finance, and strategy. Laura lives in Chicago's western suburbs with her husband, two young sons, and rescue pitbull mix.

Josh Sussberg
Board Member

Josh, a 42-year-old father of three and husband living in New York, is a senior restructuring partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has represented many of the largest companies in the world in their restructurings, including many retailers in the recent retail apocalypse like Toys R Us, Barneys and Forever 21. He was diagnosed with acute T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma in April 2016, returned to work in January 2017 and just recently completed a three-year maintenance phase of treatment in December 2019.
